Quesabirria
$6Chilli-braised beef with melted cheese, and a cup of consommé to dip. Order two.
Mexican and Salvadoran cooking, made from scratch, in downtown Leamington.
Our kitchen
We cook Chihuahua-style — beef over the coals, bisteces a la mexicana, birria — and Salvadoran alongside it: pupusas with curtido, sopa marinera.
Breakfast comes with beans, fried plantains and tortillas. Tacos come with onion and cilantro. None of it is complicated — it just has to be done properly, every day.
