Because it is cooked when you order it, not before. At busy times that can mean a wait. If you are in a hurry, call ahead and it will be ready.
For six or more, give us a call. For fewer, just come in. Weekend lunchtimes can involve a short wait.
Yes: cheese or bean pupusas, chilaquiles without meat, guacamole, fried plantains, rice and beans. Tell us what you avoid and we will point you at what works.
On Talbot right outside, plus a municipal lot half a block away. It is downtown Leamington, so it is rarely a problem.
